Interazioni sociali,
salute e qualità della vita nelle aree urbane e rurali dei
paesi in via di sviluppo
Gli studi raccolti in questa sezione mettono in evidenza la possibilità
che determinate forme di capitale sociale siano in grado di alleviare
condizioni di svantaggio economico e sociale, migliorando la qualità
della vita degli strati più poveri della popolazione. Per
esempio, le reti di relazioni interpersonali possono favorire la
creazione di meccanismi informali di protezione contro la malattia
e la vecchiaia oppure, attraverso lo stimolo all'azione collettiva,
possono migliorare l'efficienza e l'efficacia della fornitura di
determinati servizi da parte del settore pubblico.
La sezione è in costruzione: sono graditi suggerimenti
