Presentation
As in every summer, the Economic Department of the University of Trento and other partners organize a summer school on Ethics, Law & Economics, with focus on the economic theory of social norms, ethics and institutions. The idea behind this year summer school is that our understanding of economic organizations, contracts and incentives - including the legal regulation of these matters through corporate law, employment contracts, managerial incentives , corporate governance and ownership, control structures of firms - would improve very much from an updating of the portrait of the Homo Oeconomicus through behavioral insights. Therefore, the lectures will focus on the impact of the behavioral approach on assumptions and predictions both in the field of economics of organizations and law & economics.

Participants
The school is aimed at PhD students and junior researchers in Economics Management, Law and Economics, Applied mathematics, Political Science, Sociology and Philosophy with a strong interest in the topics discussed.
20 participants will be admitted without charging fee.
Participant will be accommodated at the Hotel Pace, Arco at the cost of 37 euro per day (single room, full board)
