Presentation
The annual IZA workshop brings together leading scholars pursuing research at the intersection of economics and psychology. Topics of the workshop will include the relationship between institutions and employee performance, determinants of work morale and the psychological foundations of incentives. Papers with various approaches and methodologies are welcome: theoretical contributions as well as empirical research using survey evidence, laboratory experiments, neuroeconomic evidence, and field experiments.

Call for papers
Researchers interested in participating should submit a paper or extended abstract by June 15, 2008 through our online application form. Decisions of acceptance or rejection will be announced by July 15, 2008.

Reimbrusement
Economy class air travel costs for presenters of papers that have been accepted will be reimbursed. IZA will also provide accommodation and lunches at the conference venue according to IZA standard guidelines.
