It is a pleasure to announce the E2 doctoral program on Empirical Economics organized by the School of Economics and Business at the University of Granada (Spain). http://www.ugr.es/~teoriahe/e2/.

E2 is a doctoral program hosted by two of the most dynamic departments of Economics & Management in Southern Europe: The Departments of Economics (Theory and History) and Management at the UGR. These institutes undertake a number of academic activities: publications in leading journals, development of research projects, hosting visiting professors, seminars, workshops, publications of 2research papers series, etc. The full program consists of 4 years: 1st year doctoral courses (Maths,Econometrics, Macroeconomics, Micro-economics + additional courses); the 2nd year for the Master Thesis and the 3rd/4th years for the Doctoral Thesis elaboration. Most of the E2 faculty is young and highly motivated and, consequently, students’ progress will be supervised with enormous interest.
