Call for papers
Papers addressing economic analysis of the broad issues relevant for economic development in Africa are invited for the CSAE 2011 conference. Papers on countries other than those in Africa are welcome, providing they deal with issues central to African development.
The CSAE is celebrating its 25th anniversary during 2011 and we are planning to expand our conference both in the range of topics and in the numbers of available places.
If you are interested in presenting a paper, please submit an abstract online by Friday 10 December 2010, midday GMT. If accepted for the conference, all authors will need to submit completed papers by Friday 11 March 2011 for inclusion in the final programme.
PhD candidates
Ph.D./D.Phil candidates must complete the submission form on the conference website first and then email a full paper to [email protected] by 10 December 2010, 17:00hrs GMT. A draft paper or full outline may also be considered.
Participants requesting funding
There is a limited budget to fund African presenters who are currently living and working in Africa and who will be travelling from Africa to the conference. Funding will cover all participation and travel costs for successful applicants. Applicants must complete the submission form on the conference website first and then email a full paper to [email protected] by 10 December 2010, 17:00hrs GMT.
