Over the last decade, social interactions models in urban context have contributed to better understand the mechanics of urban segregation and persistent inequality.
This Summer School is devoted to studying the recent advances in social interactions models and city formation approaches. Two leading researchers have been invited.
Rachel Kranton will deliver a 6 hours lecture on her works on identity and social networks.
Kristian Behrens will give a 6 hours lecture on his research on urbanisation, firm selection and sorting.
The final day will give the opportunity to participants to present their paper to the audience. We will select no more than 8 papers.

Paper submission: 20th of March 2015
