The Department of Economics, Copenhagen Business School (CBS) invites expressions of interest in relation to two or more tenure-track postions as Assistant Professor.

Core research areas of the department are Macroeconomics and Economic Policy and Applied Microeconometrics. It is the ambition of the department that our research environment is perceived as among the best within business-related, applied economics in Europe. Teaching obligations of the department comprise undergraduate and graduate teaching in economics at various programmes at CBS, including the department´s graduate programme of Applied Economics and Finance.

Research infrastructure, travel support and access to data at the Department of Economics are highly competitive. CBS has an annual intake of around 2500 undergraduate students and 2100 graduate students. Around 200 students specialize in Economics and Finance. The current number of PhD students at Department of Economics is eleven.
